In 5 days together we’ll:

  • assess your current goals, challenges, and habits

  • have 5 intensive coaching sessions focusing on a different topic each day

  • completely organize your life

  • set you on a sustainable path forward

Everyday for 5 days we work together. I meet you where you’re at (figuratively and literally)to help you unfuck your life.

How it works

Obviously not everyone has the exact same challenges or goals, but here’s an idea of how it could go…

Day 1: Goal-Setting and Accountability

  • Review the client's personalized plan and identify 2-3 specific goals for the week

  • Develop a plan for tracking progress towards these goals

  • Establish a system for daily accountability check-ins (e.g. text messages, phone calls)

Day 2: Healthy Habits

  • Review the client's current diet and identify areas for improvement

  • Develop a meal plan for the day that supports the client's goals

  • Discuss the importance of hydration and develop a plan for increasing water intake

Day 3: Mindfulness and Self-Care

  • Discuss the importance of self-care and stress management

  • Guide the client through a mindfulness or relaxation exercise

  • Brainstorm strategies for managing stress in the client's daily life

  • Make a Mind Movie (think vision board but better)

Day 4: Physical Activity

  • Review the client's current workout routine (if applicable) and identify areas for improvement

  • Develop a workout plan for the day that aligns with the client's goals and abilities

  • Discuss the importance of movement and physical activity for overall health and well-being

Day 5: Reflection and Next Steps

  • Review progress towards the week's goals and discuss areas of success and challenge

  • Reflect on what worked well during the week and identify areas for continued improvement

  • Develop a plan for maintaining momentum and incorporating healthy habits into the client's daily life over the long term

Tiers

All tiers involve daily in-person meetings with me. Before work, after work, hell, if you want to take the week off to get stuff done, name the time and I’ll be there to help you get unf*cked!

  • This tier includes an initial assessment, daily coaching, and a customized plan for success. I will work with you to create healthy habits and help them take control of your life.

  • This tier includes everything in the basic tier, plus additional support services such as accompanying the you to the gym for accountability, meal prepping for you, or organizing your pantry. I will spend additional time over the course of the week helping you integrate healthy habits into your daily routine and make the necessary changes for lasting success.

  • This tier includes everything in the intermediate tier, plus additional amenities such as laundry services, grocery shopping, and house organization. I will work closely with you to completely reorganize your life and make room for healthy habits. This tier is designed for clients who want a complete lifestyle overhaul and are committed to making lasting changes.

  • Not really. I may recommend a few organizational tools or products, but for the most part, we'll work with what you already have.

  • Before we start, we'll have a consultation where we'll talk about your specific needs and goals. Based on that conversation, I'll create a personalized plan for us to follow during our time together.

  • Not at all! This service is for anyone who wants to improve their life and create more balance and organization. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or just need a fresh start, I can help.

  • Absolutely! My goal is to empower you to sustain the progress we make together. During the program, we will work on developing strategies and systems that you can continue to use on your own. We will have a complementary follow up session 4 weeks after you get Unfucked!

  • I do split my time between Seattle, WA and Palm Coast, FL, but you may not live in either of those places. Don’t count yourself out though, I love traveling and you’d be surprised what can be accomplished on Zoom. We’ll find a way to make it work!

  • The cost of the program depends on which tier you choose. I offer a basic tier, an intermediate tier, and an advanced tier, each with different levels of support and amenities.

    To give you an idea, the basic tier starts at $899. The starting price at the advanced level where I come in and reorganize your whole house in addition to our daily coaching is $1799.

    The price can vary based on your specific needs though. Let’s chat and come up with a price point that works for you!

  • Like my 1:1 coaching I do not offer refunds for services rendered. But, if we get some days into it and you decide it’s just not for you I will refund you the daily rate for days not utilized.
